Getting there.
Taxis and shuttle bus services are available at the airport. The area is best explored by car.
Driving directions.From Catania Fontanarossa airport follow directions to the highway A18 Catania Messina. Take the highway and take exit Giarre. At the crossroad follow the signs to Giarre. Pass through the centre of the town and continue towards Santa Maria La Strada. After the fuel service station Q8 turn left towards Nunziata/Piedimonte. The Etna Hotel is just in front.
