A typical country house, built in 18th century. It is situated only 18 km south of Siena - the heart of Tuscany - in the picturesque countryside called Le Crete Senesi. The house was completely rebuilt in 1997 and combines the original architectural structure with all modern comforts. ***

Driving Directions
Coming from the north take the highway from Firenze to Siena. Exit the highway at Siena-Sud and follow the signs for the road named 'Cassia SR 2' in the direction of Buonconvento - Montalcino. Stay on the road 'Cassia SR 2' for about 18 kilomters crossing several villages, always driving in the direction of Buonconvento - Montalcino, till 'Km 209'. At 'Km 209' turn to the left for Casale - Caggiolo and continue on a gravel road -only a small part is asphalted- another 2 kilometers. Then turn to the left again. By now you can see Casa Bolsinina on the left hand and about 500 meters later up the hill, you are in place. ***
Room Information
In the second floor of the main house you'll find 5 double rooms and 1 junior suite. At the same floor there is also a pleasant dining room with another fireplace. Two large windows open a magnificent panoramic view and a romantic balcony invites you to have a rest. ***
Property Information
The swimming pool -6 m x 12 m - is available to our guests, only. It is open from Mid - May to End of September. The garden around the pool is equipped with seats, deckchairs and beach umbrellas. TV Color and Air Conditioning. In our wineshop we propose an accurate selection of typical wines of the region and organize wine tastings as well as short lessons of wine tastings -for groups of minimum 6 persons-. ***
