Description
The Dom Pedro Golf Hotel is a large modern property located in the centre of Vilamoura on the Algarve coast, 300 metres from the beach and cosmopolitan yacht marina. This 9 floor hotel features 263 air-conditioned guestrooms decorated in warm Mediterranean tones and featuring terracotta tiled floors and marble topped dressing tables. The sitting areas lead out onto semi- furnished balconies overlooking the gardens or ocean. All include cable TV, direct-dial phone, wireless Internet connections, minibars, safes and hair dryers. Guests can relax by the large outdoor pool whilst sipping cool drinks from the poolside bar knowing that kids will be kept entertained at the mini-club (seasonal) or in one of the two children's pools; babysitting is also available on request (surcharge). Guests can enjoy a pampering visit to the hair salon or the spa which features an indoor pool, spa tub, steam room, and three treatment rooms. Driving Directions
Taxis can be caught from outside the terminal building; typical fares to Vilamoura are 25-30 EUR. Buses can also be caught outside the terminal building. AEROBUS provides a shuttle service between the airport and city centre daily (except Tuesday) in high season. The hotel is located close to Vilamoura beach and marina and it is therefore recommended to explore the local area on foot. A hire car is recommended for journeys out of town. Driving directions: From the airport - Follow directions to Portimao and then follow signs for A22 via Do Infante. Leave the A22 at the Boliqueime, Vilamoura exit and then follow signs to Vilamoura. On entering Vilamoura follow signs for the marina where the hotel is located.
