Noted architect Nick Troubetzkoy designed this elegant resort in harmony with nature. Trou Au Diable Beach Restaurant entices the palate with Saint Lucian and Indian cuisine, and internationally influenced Caribbean fare is prepared at Piti Piton Restaurant. Both establishments are open evenings, only. The Jade Mountain Club offers light snacks from morning through late evening. Exclusive clothing and gifts are displayed at the resort's boutique, Shades of Jade. Jade Mountain Spa offers a host of therapeutic wellness services that include a menu of massage treatments and facials. Recreational diversions include choosing to do nothing at all except to witness the glorious views of the Piton Mountain peaks. This four-story property offers 24 guest suites featuring individual infinity pools. The fourth wall of the suites is missing entirely, affording unobstructed views of Saint Lucia's twin Pitons and the shimmering Caribbean Sea.
