From Geneva International Airport (GVA):
Distance to Atel Windsor is eight kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.
Getting there.
The airport's train station is a 300-metre walk from the Arrivals and Departures floors. Trains link to destinations across Switzerland. All trains stop at the central Geneva- Cornavin station, 300 metres from the hotel. Departures are approximately every 20 minutes. Single tickets cost 5 CHF. Bus number 10 runs every 10 minutes to the city centre. Bus number 18 runs every 30 minutes to the United Nations building. Single tickets cost 2.20 CHF. Aero Ski Bus serves many French ski stations, and tickets can be purchased at the airport. Taxis wait in the terminal forecourt and cost about 35 CHF to central Geneva. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The hotel is on Rue De Berne, 300 metres from Lake Geneva. Geneva is served by an excellent tram and bus network. Tickets must be purchased in advance from vending machines, and validated prior to boarding. One-day passes are available, offering unlimited travel on trains, trams, buses and 'mouette' water taxis. Parking is available 50 metres from the hotel.
