The Caravanserail is a deluxe hotel located twenty minutes from the airport at Tozeur. Built of pointed stones, adjacent to the Nefta palm grove, this oasis hotel offers a welcome smile, special services, and traditional entertainment for its guests. In its ten years of operation, the Caravanserail has hosted kings and queens from Europe, heads of state and celebrities from around the world, as they discover South Tunisia and the Sahara. Guests will appreciate the full range of modern comforts this hotel offers, as well as extensive facilities and services. The Caravanserail is an air-conditioned facility, which offers 300 guest rooms with a full range of amenities. Room rates included HALF-BOARD. Transfer to and from the airport is available at extra charge of 10 $/pers. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, which can be heated should it become necessary. There are also tennis courts onsite, as well as a Moorish café, a gift shop, and an a la carte restaurant, nightclub, bar and a regular program of entertainment. The vintage nightclub, open only to hotel guests, is the only one in the region and it features its original decorations from the 1930's. The authentic Moorish bath at Nefta, is also at the guests disposal. Produce for the hotel's restaurant is supplied its own farm. The Caravanserail Hotel offers onsite dining, shopping, recreational activities and an entertainment program.
