Description
Comprised of traditional stone bungalows, the Barcelo Sangho Privilege Tataouine is built in a valley surrounded by mountains in the village of Tataouine in the south of Tunisia. This hotel features 86 guestrooms decorated in classic Tunisian style, housed in single- level stone bungalows built in traditional Troglodyte fashion. All feature Tunisian fabrics and include air conditioning, telephones and terraces overlooking the gardens or palm grove. Sun worshippers can head down to the outdoor pool for a day of swimming or lounging with cocktails from the poolside bar; snacks are available from the poolside pizzeria. Guests can enjoy dining in two restaurants, one buffet style and one serving a la carte regional specialities. Djerba International Airport is 130 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 90 minutes.

Driving Directions
The best way to get from the airport to the hotel is by airport transfer (surcharge) or private car. A car is recommended to make the most of a visit to the region. Driving directions: From the airport head in the direction of Zarzis along the Roman road. After Zarzis head in the direction of Medenine and follow on towards Tataouine.
