The Historic Coalson Plantation and Inn is located 35 miles from Tallahassee Airport, in Thomasville Airport. This rural Georgia plantation, comprised of over 30 buildings set on 50 serene acres, offers unique accommodation, among moss laden oaks and century-old magnolias. This is the only plantation in Georgia receiving overnight visitors. Easily accessible via Federal Highways 19, 84 and 319, this hotel is convenient to Florida panhandle and the Gulf of Mexico is within an hour's drive. The inn offers ample comforts, activities and facilities, despite its 19th century origin. The property features a clay tennis court, crochet equipment and a modern fitness facility.
