The North Forty Resort is a family owned and operated business that offers guests a secluded retreat in a natural setting. Built in 1994, the resorts twenty-two private log cabins have a mountain cabin sensibility, complete with handcrafted log furnishings and full amenities.
The Resort has twenty-two private log cabins set on 40 wooded acres offers a unique lodging experience for memorable family vacations, business retreats and romantic weekend getaways. In addition, the Resort has six cabins that we allow pets in. Pets, however, must be declared at the time of reservation to ensure availability. Guests who bring undeclared pets will not be guaranteed a cabin.
With three cabin types to choose from, guests are sure to find one that suits their needs perfectly. The resort has a total of 14 Ponderosa/Larch cabins and 8 Aspen Suites. At 750 square feet, the Aspen Suite is the largest cabin and is perfect for a large family. The smaller cabins the Ponderosa/Larch, are both 500 square feet with each having a slightly different floor plan. The smaller cabins are perfect for business travelers, couples or small families. Each of the three cabin types include full kitchens with utensils and cookware no conventional oven , full bathrooms, shower and bathtub combo, handcrafted log furnishings, down bedding, gas fireplaces, charcoal barbecues and picnic tables, cable TV, telephone with free local calls, free wireless Internet access, DVD players and free DVD rentals, free parking and private drive to each cabin.

Driving Directions
From Glacier International Airport fca - Turn left on Hwy 2, go 4.5 miles to first light, turn left at light onto Hwy 40 West, go approx. 1.6 miles. The resort will be on your right.
From West Glacier, follow signs and go through Columbia Falls on Hwy 2 until you reach the intersection of Hwy 40 and Hwy 2. Continue straight through the light for approx. 1.6 miles. The resort is on the right.
From Hwy 93 from Kalispell, continue North on Hwy 93 until you reach the intersection of Hwy 93 and Hwy 40, turn right onto Hwy 40, go approx. 3.5 miles, the resort will be on the left.

Kitchen includes refrigerator, cook top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and cooking and eating utensils for up to eight people. Each cabin has a charcoal grill and picnic table outside. Pets are not allowed in all cabins. If you would like to bring a pet, please indicate that in the remarks section of your reservation. We will contact you to confirm availability for a pet cabin.

Hotel Policy
Pets are allowed in designated rooms only and must be declared at time of reservation to ensure availability. Guests who bring undeclared pets will not be guaranteed a cabin. A pet fee of 10.00 per pet per night is charged upon arrival. Pets can not be left unattended in the cabins. Pets are not allowed in the hot tub building or in and around the hot tubs. When outside, pets must be kept on a leash. Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pet. Guests are required to pick up outside after their pet. A pooper scooper is provided at all designated pet cabins. Guest who allow pets in non-pet friendly cabins will incur a 250.00 fine that will be charge to their credit card. Transaction Fees
Published rates are based on two adults for the Ponderosa/Larch and four adults for the Aspen Suites. 10.00 per person per night is charged for persons above the base occupancy up to the max occupancy. Children 13 and under are free.
10.00 transaction fee is charged for credit card reversals.
Guarantee Policy
Deposit of 50 percent of total stay is required at booking.
