Reservation Policy- All reservations are required to have a valid credit card number to hold your reservation until check-in time. An advance deposit of 1 nights stay is required for all reservations in order to guarantee the reservation. We accept VISA/ MasterCard, Discover or Personal Check or Money Order. Cancellation Policy - A 10.00 service charge will be charged for all cancellations made. A cancellation made with less then 14-days notice, the deposit is not refundable unless we can re-book the room. Any cancellations with less then 72 hours notice will result in loss of the deposit. Early departures are not refundable. All cancellations for the Week of EAA must be made by July 1. Any cancellation after July 1for EAA week, the deposit is not refundable.
